Upside Down Bacon Burger Pizza (6-8 Servings)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef, sliced onion and green bell pepper until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain off excess fat. Stir in six slices of the crumbled bacon and chunky pizza sauce. Spoon mixture in a 9x13” baking dish. Sprinkle chopped tomatoes over the top of the beef mixture and top with sliced Cheddar cheese. In a medium bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and vegetable oil to the eggs. Add the flour and salt and beat with a mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour the mixture over the cheese and sprinkle remaining two slices of crumbled bacon over top. Bake in the over for 20-30 minutes or until topping is puffed and golden brown. To serve, spoon upside-down pizza onto individual dinner plates.
