Sizzling Cilantro Burgers (4 Servings)

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush grill grate with oil. In a medium bowl, mix together ground beef, barbecue sauce and minced garlic. Shape the mixture into four hamburger patties. Cook the hamburger patties on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until done. Place a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each burger and let melt for one minute. Press 1/4 cup chopped cilantro onto each slice of melted cheese. To serve, place each burger on a slice of sourdough bread and top with lettuce, tomato and another slice of bread on top.
