Biltong. This is a recipe from Hugo's grandmother that she used to make on her farm in South Africa. She had a butchery on the farm and folks came from far away to purchase the Biltong whenever she made it. Biltong is made from premium steak like Rib Eye, New York and Filet as well as tender cuts like the Sirloin Tip and Round and is sliced thicker than traditional American style jerky. It has a great flavor and contains all natural ingredients with no MSG or artificial preservatives. It is the perfect snack for on-the-go and is a healthy snack for your children too. (3 oz package).
