Super Spaghetti Soup (6 Servings)
- 1 lb of ground beef
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes, in liquid
- 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, in liquid
- 8 cups water
- 8oz uncooked spaghetti
In a large stock pot over medium heat, cook ground beef for 5-10 minutes or until meat is thoroughly browned. Drain off excess fat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes more. Add the diced tomatoes and liquid, whole kernel corn and liquid and water; bring to a boil and add the uncooked spaghetti. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender.
