Shepherd’s Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Brown ground beef with onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Pour off excess fat.. Stir in gravy and peas; season with pepper and salt
  2. Spoon beef mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with potatoes, spreading evenly; sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake in 375F oven 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese begins to brown.
